Hailing from Switzerland, Murgang is a black metal band with a distinctive sound, formed by two members, VDSKR and NCRLRG. Since their formation in 2016, they have explored themes of death and destruction through their intense sound.
Upon our arrival in Indonesia in 2023 for a tour of Southeast Asia, we met them at one of the gigs in Batu. Driven by the DIY spirit, they were organising their own tour, and we agreed to collaborate on releasing a limited-edition CD version of their album ‘End of All’. Their music is inspired by darker, nihilistic death metal bands such as Pissgrave, Nails, Cerebral Rot, and many more.
